🥣 Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups 24-hour fermented buckwheat batter (strained if needed)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 eggs, separated

1. Mix fermented batter with baking powder, baking soda, and salt
2. Add egg yolks and combine until smooth
3. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks
4. Fold gently into the batter
5. Pour into lined loaf tin
6. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30–40 minutes
