• 250g makhana (fox nuts)
• 2 teaspoons ghee
• A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste

👩‍🍳 Method (Step-by-Step):
1. Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan on low flame.
2. Add makhana and roast them slowly, stirring continuously until they turn crispy.
3. Once crispy, remove them and keep aside.
4. In the same pan, add a pinch of hing to the remaining ghee.
5. Add the roasted makhana back into the pan and mix well.
6. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and red chili powder.
7. Toss everything evenly on low flame for 1–2 minutes.
8. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
9. Your crispy, spicy makhana snack is ready to serve!
