Ingredients

Dressing:
1 onion ground to a paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
Pepper powder to taste
1 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 cup olive oil

Salad:
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
1/2 cup boiled rajma
1 cup boiled corn
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 capsicum, chopped

Method :
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl till smooth.
Add the chickpeas, rajma, corn and all the chopped bell peppers.
Toss everything well till each bean is coated.
Serve immediately or chill it for 20 minutes for even better flavour.
