✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients:
170g or 2/3 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
30g or 2tbsp Light Butter, Room Temperature
24g or 6tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
4.2mL or 1tsp Vanilla Extract
✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend or Casein Protein Powder
60g or 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
24g or 6tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
3g or 0.5tsp Baking Soda
2g or 1tsp Salt
✳️ Ingredients for Mix-ins:
28g or 2tbsp Chocolate Chunks
✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly while adding in ingredients for mix-ins. Add batter to fridge for 15 minutes.
5. Form batter into 5 cookies. Add to baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cook slightly underdone (they will cook once taken out). Let them rest for 15 minutes. Then enjoy!
