Today was just the funnest little chill day at home. It was full of my favorite eats.
I LOVE my protein pancake bowl and can’t stop making it!
Peanut Butter Protein Pancake Bowl:
– 30g Kodiak pancake mix
– 8g PBFit
– 10g Ryse peanut butter protein powder
– 40g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 50g egg whites
– 30ml of fairlife milk
– 20g of reduced sugar craisins
Microwave in 30 sec intervals until cooked through.
Top as you see fit, but I used:
– 100g of Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt
– 8g of PBFit
– a dash (or 4) of sprinkles 🤗
Cheddar’s chicken Caesar pasta salad dupe:
– Taylor Farms chopped Caesar salad kit (I used all of the lettuce, only only ⅓ of all the toppings
– 1.5 servings of Just Bare spicy strips
– ½ cup Brami protein pasta
