Here is a full day of healthy meal ideas! I show you all a breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas! These are all meals I love to eat and I made them super quick and simple to make! They’re delicious as well!

*MEAL INGREDIENTS*
~Breakfast smoothie- Silk Almond milk, 1 frozen banana, frozen spinach, whey protein powder, raw cacao powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, and honey

~Lunch chicken broccoli salad- Cooked/ grilled chicken (you can add seasoning optional), steamed broccoli, olives, and lemon juice

~Dinner dumplings and sweet spicy rice- Vegan tofu vegetable dumplings, white rice, carrots, kimchi, and sweet & sour sauce
