VEG GALOUTI SALAD 🥗✨

Ingredients-
Boiled rajma – 100 gm
Low-fat paneer – 80 gm
Sooji – ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder – ⅓ tsp
Coriander powder – ⅓ tsp
Black pepper – ⅓ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Lettuce – 1 cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Cucumber – ½ (sliced)
Onion – ½ (sliced)
Cherry tomatoes – ⅓ cup
Pumpkin seeds – ½ tbsp
Sunflower seeds – ½ tbsp
Flaxseeds – ½ tsp
Dried red chilli – 1 (soaked)
Almonds – 4 (soaked)
Hung curd – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 2–3 cloves
Olive oil – ½ tsp
Mixed herbs – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – ½ tbsp

Method-
* Mash rajma and mix with paneer, sooji, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and black pepper.
* Shape into small tikkis and air fry until golden and crispy.
* Blend soaked red chilli, almonds, hung curd, garlic, olive oil, mixed herbs, lemon juice and salt into a smooth dressing.
* In a bowl, add lettuce, carrot, cucumber, onion and cherry tomatoes.
* Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
* Place the crispy galouti tikkis on top and drizzle the dressing generously.
* Serve fresh.
