Ingredients:
Foxtail Millets- 1cup
soya chunks-2cups
vegetables (here I used carrot, cabbage and red Capsicum you can also use beans green peas etc)
onion 1 finely chopped
ginger -1/2 inch finely chopped
garlic – 3 cloves ( finely chopped)
Green chillies- 3( cut silt)
Masalas ;
Coriander powder -1tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
chilli powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4th tsp
salt as per taste
