Ingredients:
Jackfruit Flesh – 1/2 portion of a full Jackfruit
Jackfruit Seeds – 4 to 5 ( Cut into Half)
Grated Coconut – 1/2 of Coconut
Curry Leaves – 2
Green Chilly – 4
Garlic – 4 to 5 (Peel off)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1

Steps to prepare:
* Heat a pressure cooker
* Add the Jackfruit flesh and seeds
* Apply salt and turmeric powder
* Mix it for a minute
* Close the pressure cooker and put whistle blower
* Cook until you hear the first whistle
* In the mean time , add green chillies, grated coconut , garlic and curry leaves. Use a mixer to grind it.
* Add the mixture to cooked jackfruit
* Pour a little of Olive Oil( healthy ) / Coconut Oil (Better taste)
* Close the cooker lid and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes
* Open the lid, apply few more curry leaves and then mash it nicely * Once mashing is complete as shown in video, Jackfruit mash is ready!!!
