! I don’t know about you but I always seem to go a little bananas (hehe) at the store when buying bananas and seem to ALWAYS end up having a plethora over overripe bananas. Since it’s still the beginning of the year and I’m on a health kick I decided to use them up by making a healthy version of one of my favorite things ever- banana bread.
