Hello everyone welcome again to my channel Kitchen & Craft by MAGGIE
In this video I’m going to share you again another healthy recipe at home in lockdown.

Ingredients
RICE TUNA SALAD

1 c Basmati rice cooked ( I’m using gluten free or you can use brown rice if you want )
1 can Tuna or Thon
1 can corn
3 tomatoes
1 large red onion
1/2 cup dry raisin
1 lemon
1 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

RICE HAM SALAD

1c cooked rice
3 slice of ham or Jambon in french
1 stalk of celery
1/2 c green olive
1/2 c black olive
1/2 c chickpea
1 tbsp parsley
2tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

SPINACH RICE & BACON SALAD

1c cooked rice
1/2 c bacon or lardon
3 tomatoes
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp walnuts
1 shallot
1 c fresh spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
