What I eat in a day – cheat day! This includes healthy, quick & easy quarantine recipes para worth it and less guilt ang ating cheat day.
I’ve been craving for weeks now so today I allow myself to go on a cheat day where I eat more and indulge more on my favorite foods.
Join me on a full day of eating (while in quarantine) where I show you what I eat for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner without calorie tracking. Some foods I eat are really nutritious, some are junk foods that are delicious.
Personally, I usually indulge before my period when I am PMSing and having extreme sugar cravings. This is the time when my stomach is like a bottomless pit.
Remember, we can still be healthy and fit yet enjoy eating at the same time. Moderation is key! If it’s not delicious nor nutritious, don’t eat it. If you’re just bored, don’t eat, do something else. Make sure every calorie is worth it.

Let’s enjoy quarantine by making and eating healthy food aside from working out.
