Here is a vry healthy recipe of Jelly Salad – beautiful presentation with a tangy twist !

Ingredients for Jelly Salad are –

Finely chopped bell peppers – 1/2cup
Chopped cucumber – 1/2 cup
Boiled corns – 1/2 cup
Finely Chopped carrot – 1/2 cup
Chopped Mango and Apple (optional)
Limejuice – 1tsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar – 1/2 tsp
Weikfield Jelly Crystals Packet 90gm Raspberry Flavour – 1pkt.
Water – 470 ml
Silicon Moulds

Let it set in fridge for 5-6hours .

Demould the jelly salad before serving only !
