• 1/4 cup – ground flaxseed
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• liquid sugar substitute equal to 8 tsp regular sugar
• 5 eggs (beaten)
• 1 Tbs – extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbs – apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 – cup water
