with another easy recipe.Today we are going to make Egg sandwich

Eggs are healthy & you know the famous dailogue ”Sunday ho ya monday roj khao Aande”
I’m not saying you to eat everyday but eating it 3 times in a week is very good for health
I have shown you the simplest method to make the sandwich, which will keep you active.
So let’s begin,
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Breadslice
Chopped onion – half cup
Chopped tomato – half cup
Chopped cabbage – half cup
Chopped green chilli – 1tsp
Coriander
Salt
Method:
1. Take 2 eggs
2. add chopped onion, tomato, cabbage, green chilli, coriander, salt
Mix it well has it is shown in video
3. Put pan on gas at medium flame
4. Put the mixer in the pan & make 3 layers of it
(i) Egg mixer
(ii) 1 breadslice
(iii) Again egg mixer on the breadslice
5. Cover the breadslice
6. Grilled the both side properly
Now your healthy Egg sandwich is ready to serve………
