Welcome back! Today I am sharing my signature kale salad recipe! It is my favorite recipe/go to salad. It’s super quick and easy and the dressing can be saved for other veggies or salad mixes. It’s so healthy too! Trust me you will love it!! ENJOY!

KALE SALAD RECIPE
*basically do equal parts, for larger serving double!
1 Bundle of kale or Half bag of pre-wash shredded Kale
1 lemon (about 1/4 cup lemons)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1-2 cloves garlic (depending on how garlic you like it. I usually use 2)
Red Chili Flakes (add desired amount depending on spice level you like. I do a small sprinkle)
Nutritional yeast (sprinkle on top for added nutrients!)

1. Squeeze lemon juice into dressing bowl
2. Add Olive Oil to dressing bowl, whisk together.
3. Mince garlic and add red chili flakes and garlic to dressing bowl
4. Heat bread crumbs on stove until golden brown
5. Add kale to separate bowl
6. Add parmesan cheese & heated bread crumbs to kale
7. Add dressing, massage dressing into kale with hands
8. Add nutritional yeast on top
9. Serve!
