Ingredients 👇
Eggs boiled 5
Capsicums 1 sliced
Tomatoes 2 sliced
Butter or oil 1tbs
Black pepper 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Mozzarella cheese
Green coriander leaves
Salt half tsp or per taste
Method👇
First boil eggs and add little salt for easy to remove egg shells.cut in half eggs. Now heat the pan add butter. Add capsicums and tomatoes.add some black pepper and salt. Cover abd and simmer for 5mins. After 5mins add boiled eggs sprinkle black pepper and red chili powder on eggs.add some mozzarella cheese and green coriander leaves. Cover and cook for 2 mins.serve hot with tea and enjoy healthy breakfast.
