2tbsp honey
3tbsp flour
1scoop protein powder
1/4tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bars:
2 bananas
1/4 cup low fat greek yogurt
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp low calorie syrup
1 tbsp dark chocolate pieces
Egg Muffins:

300g egg whites
