New video of WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO STAY HEALTHY. I have low Calorie weight loss meals that I know you guys will love!

🍳BREAKFAST:
1 Whole Egg
200g Egg Whites
6 Slices Ham
Tomato
Spinach
Onion
28g Reduced Fat Cheese
Place slices of ham to muffin tin (one slice per egg muffin), add your favorite vegetables, then egg mixture. Top off with cheese and pop into oven for 20 min on 350 degrees.

🍤 LUNCH:
3 Corn Tortillas
6oz Shrimp
Tomato
Cucumber
Cabbage
Onion
20g Plain Greek Yogurt
Cholula Sauce
Cook shrimp with paprika and salt for 15 minutes. To put tacos together add shrimp, veggie salsa, and greek yogurt with hot sauce.

🍗 DINNER:
150g Chicken
160g Potatoes
100g Green Beans
Cut potatoes and green beans and put on baking tray. Season with salt and Italian herb seasoning. Bake for 25 min on 350 degrees. Cut chicken into small pieces, season with any spices and cook for 15 min on pan. (You could also add everything together in one pan and bake all at once!)

🍓 SNACK:
2 Chocolate Rice Cakes
20g Powdered Peanut Butter
100g Strawberries
15g Shredded Coconut
