DRY SPICES- BAY LEAF [ TEJ PATTA] 2 SMALL, PEPPER CORNS 5 -6, CLOVES 2, CUMIN SEEDS[ JEERA] 1 TSP, CINNAMON STICK 1/2 INCH, BLACK CARDAMOM 1
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC [OPTIONAL]
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
GARAM MASALA 1/2 TSP

ONION SLICED 1 BIG
TOMATOES FINELY CHOPPED 2
GREEN FRESH PEAS 1/2 CUP
SOYA CHUNKS 1/2 CUP SOAKED IN NORMAL WATER FOR 15 MINS

COOKING OIL – I USED MUSTARD[ IT TASTES BEST WITH MUSTARD OIL , IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THEN YOU CAN USE ANY COOKING OIL] 1 KARCHI [ SERVING SPOON]

BROWN RICE 1 CUP OR AS REQUIRED
WATER 3 TIMES OF THE QUANTITY OF BROWN RICE
