Ingredients for a 9 inch Round Cake Baking Tray to make the batter for your fresh strawberry cake:
1 cup of yogurt
100g cooking oil
100g salted butter (melted)
1 and 1/2 cup white sugar (powdered)
2 cups self raising flour
(If you are using normal flour, add 1 tbsp baking powder)
10-15 strawberries (hulled and diced)
2 tbsp strawberry jam
2 tbsp vanilla extract
