1 1⁄2 Cups sprouted lentils
1⁄4 Cup chopped cucumber
1⁄4 Cup diced tomatoes
1⁄4 Cup thinly sliced red onion
1⁄4 Cup Sweet mini bell pepper
1⁄4 Cup Beetroot finely chopped
1⁄4 Edamame (Or you can use green peas)
1 Green Chili finely chopped (if you prefer spicy, use 2)
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 1⁄2 Teaspoons dried oregano
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
