INGREDIENTS
Bread slices
Onion slices
Tomato slices
Boiled potato slices
salt
Red chilli powder
Aamchoor powder
chat masala
green chutney
Procedure for ” Zero oil Veg Sandwich ”
*Firstly Place Bread slices in the plate
*Apply green chutney as per your taste
*Place onion, Tomato,potato slices
*Sprinkle salt,red chilli powder, Aamchoor powder,chat masala
*Close the Green chutney applied bread slice
*Heat the pan
*Place the bread and fry for 2-3mins in medium flame by closing lid
*After that flip other side and fry for another 2 mins
*Thats it yummy “Zero oil Veg Sandwich” is ready
*Serve it and enjoy with Tomato ketchup
Procedure for ” Green chutney ”
Coriander leaves-1cup
Mint leaves-1cup
Roasted peanuts-2tbsps
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Zeera-1tsp
lemon juice-1lemon
Green chilli-3 chilli
Salt-1tsp
Ice cubes-4-5
Grind all the above ingredients together
