Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast

Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh sieve until water runs clear. Transfer quinoa to a medium pot with water and salt. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes.

70 grams quinoa
1 apple
1 teaspoon – cinnamon
3 tbs – honey
handful of walnuts
