Hi friends, today I am sharing with you healthy breakfast idea, it is vegetable handvo recipe.This is no onion and no garlic recipe,one of the best navrati vrat recipe, those who are fasting they can easily add this recipe in their diet plan and those who are not fasting they can also add this recipe in their diet plan during breakfast.
It is a gluten freee recipe suitable for everyone.

Ingredients
1. Barnyard millet (Samak rice) – 45 gm (5 Spoons)
2. Curd – 70 gm
3. Green chili -(as per taste)
4. Ginger – small Piece
5. Carrot – 30 gm
6. Pumpkin – 50 gm
7. Coriander leaves – a handful
8. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
9. Sesame seeds – 1/4th tsp
10. Foxnut(makhana) – 6 gm
11. Fasting salt – sendha namak
12. Ghee – 1/2 tsp

Cooking method
• Take 5 spoons of barnyard millet ,Wash it 2 – 3 times, now add sufficient water and soak it for 3 hours
• separate the water and barnyard millet, Add millet to a mixer jar, add /4th cup full curd.
• 5. Now add a small piece of ginger and 2 green chilies.
• 6. Grind it as a fine paste.
• 8. To make the batter thick add here ½ cup foxnut in the mixer jar.
• 9. Now grind it, as we know foxnut absorb a lot of water, it helps to thick the batter.
• 10. Now wash and peel carrot and pumpkin, Grate it.
• 12. In the batter add finely chopped green chili, grated carrot, grated pumpkin, a handful of coriander leaves, cumin seeds, sendha namak, or fasting salt.
• 15. We can make 1 medium size handvo with this batter
• 17. heat a pan, Add ghee, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, and sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves.
• 18. Spread the handvo batter on the pan.
• 19. Cover it and cook for 5 min on slow flame.
• 20. Now turn the other side.
• 22. Over healthy vegetable, millet handvo recipe is ready to serve.
• Serve hot with chutney or curd.
