Paneer and Corn Sandwich

Ingredients

Butter : 1 Tbsp
Sasuri Methi : 1/2 Tbsp
Onion : 2-3 Tbsp (Chopped)
Corn : 2 Tbsp (Boiled)
Paneer : 2-3 Tbsp (Crushed)

Recipe

1- Take a non-stick pan and add butter, kasuri methi, onion, corn, paneer and sauté all for a minute.

2- Now add salt, pepper, red chili powder, and mix all well.

3- Now place the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another one.

4- Now grill it and enjoy with your favorite dip.
