Healthy and Balanced Lunch Menu for Busy Days #shorts

Today I am sharing a quick and easy lunch menu for very busy days. Rather than eating out for busy days, you can prepare this recipes in a minimal time. Quick Dhal Fry, chicken breast, salads, or steamed vegetables of your choice along with 1 cup of steamed rice make best combination.

For to save more time, you can marinate the chicken the previous day and refrigerate it.
I will share ingredients for the chicken Marination.
For chicken marinade
Chicken boneless – 200 gms
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tsp
