Do you have left over eggs and Oatmeal? Lets make Cat tongues Cookies in healthy low calorie Ways.
Langue De chat cookies or Cat’s tongue cookies are usually long and thin in shape. This cookies are originated from France and usually dip in chocolate. But in this video we are not going to dip this in chocolate because we are in diet or low calorie mode at this point of time.
I have leftover egg Whites from my last video ” 3 ingredients Egg tart ” which i only use Egg yolks, and as i promise i made a healthy cookies from oatmeal.

3 Ingredients Egg tart
****L size egg whites is equivalent to 36~37 Grams*****
Preparation to make This:
1. In a bowl put room temperature 25 gram unsalted butter together with the low calorie]
45 gram Sugar or brown sugar
2. In another bowl, mix the egg whites until it softy peaks, but if you want convenient way, use mixer to speed making of this and to avoid tiring of your arm.
3. when its soft peaks, add little by little the egg whites and mix
4. when egg whites , butter and sugar are blended well,
add now 35 gram or oatmeal powder
( you can make oatmeal flour using blender)
5. after mixing the oatmeal flour, make a circle shape or long shape dough in a baking pan with cooking sheet.
6 bake this ate pre hetaed oven 170*C15 mins.. or if you want more liitel brown color add more minutes to bake this.
