This Peanut salad is a healthy and nutritious Indian-style salad recipe made with boiled peanuts (groundnuts), raw onion, raw tomato, coriander leaves & sprinkle of spices. You can serve Boiled Peanut Chaat salad with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Vegan, Low Carb, and Keto Friendly.

Ingredients for Peanut Chaat Recipe
Raw Peanuts with shells 3 cups – need to boil them first & then peel
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Onion chopped 1 to sprinkle
Tomato chopped 1 medium
Green chillies chopped
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Method
Step 1
Pressure-cook the peanuts in 2 cups of water with salt for about four to five whistles. Drain and shell/peel them.
Step 2
Take the peanuts in a bowl. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and mix well.
Step 3
Serve hot or cold.
