In this video, I make three recipes from @The Protein Chef. I have made some of his recipes in the past and wanted to give some more a go for our meal prep this week. In this weeks meal prep I made Baked Pineapple Chicken (and rice), Healthy Quinoa Chicken Parmesan and Low Carb Beef Teriyaki meal prep. For each recipe, I share how filling we found it, if my husband also enjoyed it and if it kept well. Hope you enjoy!

A little about me:
I’m April Lauren. I have spent my whole life yoyo dieting, every time getting bigger than before. Summer 2020, I hit my absolute breaking point. I decided to quit yoyo diets, face myself and stop trying to shortcut the process. Learning to eat in a healthy and balanced way, and to be kind to myself through the process has been a lot of work. My weight loss has been slow, but steady and life changing. I am the happiest I have ever been with myself, and know that I am worth the work to continue forward in a healthy sustainable way.

Starting Weight: 352.8lbs
Weigh in 5/04/22: 263.
Total lost to date: 88.9 lbs
Diet I follow? I aim to eat at a calorie deficit, make healthy choices and go for higher protein options. I do not follow a specific diet, but my husband and I have been enjoying anabolic recipes.
