Vermicelli Seviyan – 1 cup
Water – 1 and 1/2 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 6-7
Green Chillies -2, slit
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Peas – 2 tbsp
Carrot – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Beans – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
Capsicum – 2 tbsp,finely chopped
Green Coriander’s – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
