Ingredients :

Rajma : 30gm
Onion : 20gm
Tomato : 20gm
Cucumber : 10gm
Carrot : 10gm
Salt : 1 tsp
Jeera powder : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Fresh coriander
Half a lemon

Calories : 140.86 | Carbs : 19.51 | Fats : 1.2 | Proteins : 8.7 (per 250gm)

Procedure :

1.Soak Rajma overnight for 8-10 hrs.
2.Next morning cook them in cooker with some salt for 7-8 whistles until soft.
3.Now in a big mixing bowl add rajma and add finely chopped veggies like cucumber ,onion, tomato and carrot and mix them well.
4.Now add all spices salt black pepper and roasted jeera/cumin powder.
5.Add some fresh coriander and squeeze some lemon juice to enhance the taste.
6.Mix well and enjoy !! 😋
