Sugar-Free Vegan Chocolate Pudding | Keto

This dessert is perfect for people who love chocolate and watch their weight just like me!
It’s healthy, light and super delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cashews (soaked in the water for ~4 hours)
1/2 cup of dates (or 3-4 dates)
1 cup of non-dairy milk (I used coconut milk)
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
A pinch of salt

Direction: mix all the ingredients in a food processor for ~5 min till smooth. Pour into jars. Refrigerate for ~4h before serving. Enjoy!
