Healthy Breakfast Recipe Series Day-1

As asked by many now sharing healthy and yummy breakfast recipes 😍

Ingredients
Soaked Moong Dal (green lentils )-1 cup (it should be soaked overnight or atleast 2 hours before preparation)
Ginger -2 pieces of 1 inch
Green Chilly-as per your taste
Ajwain -1 pinch
Salt as per taste
Chat masala-as per taste
Garam Masala-1/4th teaspoon
Chopped Onion -1/4th cup
Chopped Tomatoes-1/4th cup
Chopped Capsicum-1/4th cup
Water for diluting batter

Recipe grind soaked Moong dal with ginger and chilly
Add all the other ingredients as mentioned and adjust the consistency of batter with water it should not be too thick or too thin.
Now apply batter on one side of bread toss it by applying very little amount of oil on tawa apply batter on other side and toast it till brown.
Cut the bread and serve hot. 😋😋😋
