As parents we are always looking for activities to engage our super active children.  Many a times, rather than looking outside for classes and play areas, there’s so much, one can do at home that can also be ‘creatively’ engaging.  Cooking is one such activity which is creative and at the same time teaches so much from following directions to moderation in ingredients, etc.  Samairra and I whipped up a delicious and healthy sandwich, which is super easy and super fun to make.  Try this out at home and watch your child not only enjoy the process but also the end product, a delicious meal giving your child all the right nutrition you want to as a mother!  Now that’s like killing two birds with one stone isn’t it?  Creative activity along with a well fed child, perfect for Mummas!
