This meal prep may quickly turn into a weekly dinner for the whole family!

I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. I specifically create my meals to meet three criteria. High protein, low calorie, and affordable. This is to ensure that they fit almost any diet as well as any budget!

For anybody concerned with the amount of carbohydrates, I make all of my meals to fall within the American Diabetes Association’s recommended carbohydrate range of 45-60g per meal.

But remember, carbohydrates are not the enemy! In fact, they are the body’s PREFERRED energy source. All foods can be incorporated into a balanced diet of variety and moderation.
