Everyone loves snacking and it’s very good idea of having energy if taken properly and diet friendly. Here i am telling you some snacking ideas which includes dry fruits, eggs, fruits etc. Here’s one suggestion that i would recommend that try to take fruits with veggies so in this way you can maintain your sugar level as fruits have a bit high sugar level which can be maintained by veggies. Also when you mix fruits with some kinda protein source e.g peanut butter, it tastes delicious also giving more energy. I usually use rice crackers for snacking and you can do a lot a lot of variations by using rice crackers in snacks as i shown in video. #food #snack #diet
