I want to show you the realistic process of how I work on becoming the best version of myself. My main goal is to hopefully inspire and motivate you to fully focus on YOU, to ignore what everyone else is doing and saying and to just really prioritise your health & wellbeing and creating the life you want. There is only one month left of 2024, and I want us to finish this year strong, to start into the new year in the best way possible and reach all our goals.

Recipes in this video:
Breakfast:
* A little bit of oil in a pan (I use avocado oil)
* Two eggs
* Handful of baby spinach
* Pinch of salt
(I also love to add some feta, avocado, and tomatoes)
Lunch:
Chia Waffles 🫶🏼
* 4 tbsp of chia seeds
* generous amount of Cylon cinnamon
* shot of water
* 150g cottage cheese
* 2 eggs pinch of salt
Toppings:
* 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
* Berries of choice
* Peanut butter
Banana Pancakes 🥞
* 1 banana
* 3-4 tbsp oat flour (or any flour you like)
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbsp chia seeds
* Ceylon cinnamon
* 150g cottage cheese
* shot of milk
Toppings:
* 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
* Berries of choice
* Peanut butter
Dinner:
* 1 big sweet potato OR 1/2 cup of spelt (cooked with 1 cup pf water and 2 tsp vegetable bouillon)
* 3 small cucumbers (or 1/2 big one)
* Handful cherry tomatoes
* 1/2 bell pepper
* 30g goat cheese
* Pumpkin seeds
* Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
* Olive oil & apple cider vinegar
* 500g of steak (organic & gras fed and – if possible – also gras finished)
