I wanted to share with you guys my daily go to snack that is healthy,delicious, low carbs, and high in protein. Next time you are near a Starbucks try their Eggbites.

In Canada they come in 3 options:
1. Bacon and Gruyere (310 calories, 19grams of protein for two bites)
2. Ham cheddar and peppers (250 calories and 16 grams of protein for two bites)
3. Egg whites and Roasted Red peppers (170 calories and 13 grams of protein for two bites)
From the three choices the third option is definitely the healthiest but I consider all of healthy as long as they are consumed without carbohydrates.
