Carrot Spinach Tikki
Ingredients
– 2 carrots (finely chopped)
– 1 cup spinach (chopped)
– 1 onion (chopped)
– 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
– Spices: Salt, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala
– Sesame seeds (for topping)
– Oil (for shallow frying)
Instructions
1. Mix carrots, spinach, onion, potatoes, and spices in a bowl.
2. Shape into tikkis and coat with sesame seeds.
3. Shallow fry until golden on both sides.
4. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
