Here are my go-to snacks that kept me full and on track during my office days:

1️⃣ Babybel Cheese: A light cheese that tastes pretty decent and packs 10g of protein with minimal fat if you have two. Plus, protein keeps you feeling fuller for longer!

2️⃣ Yogurt + Oats + Dried Fruit: Bring a yogurt and a small container of oats with some dried fruit. When hunger strikes mid-morning or in the afternoon, pour the yogurt over the oats, stir, and enjoy. Pro tip: Don’t forget the spoon!

🚫 Avoid This:
Nuts like almonds, walnuts, or peanuts might sound healthy, but they’re incredibly calorie-dense. A handful of walnuts can easily add 300 kcal without keeping you full for long.

3️⃣ Instead, go for whole fruit like an apple or banana—they’re much more satisfying.
