Beef grilled cheese (761 calories)

Ingredients:
· 4 slices keto bread
· 4 string cheese
· 8 oz 93/7 lean ground beef
· 2 tbsp ghee butter.
· 3/1 seasoning

Nutrition:

· Carbohydrates: 6g

Preparation:
1. Preheat a non-stick pan with avocado oil for 5 min.
2. Season 8 oz of 93/7 lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic, then shape it into 4 patties.
3. Place the patties in the pan and smash them down until they’re wide enough to fit on a slice of standard bread.
4. Add 2 tbsp of ghee on 4 sides of each piece of the bread and spread.
5. Once the beef is fully cooked, set aside and place the bread on the pre-heated non-stick pan over medium low heat. Let it lightly toast for 2 minutes
6. Turn the bread then pile the cheese and beef on top. Place the other piece of bread on top with the hot toasted side in contact with the cheese.
7. Press down lightly and cook until golden brown and crisp.
