Quick chicken paratha roll ❤️ This roll is one of the best rolls I’ve ever tried and it’s simply perfect for the iftar time as it’s quite easy-to-make and delicious too!!

Ingredients: (Makes 4)
For the chicken:
250g chicken breast, cubed
1¼ tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

3-4 tbsp oil for frying

To assemble:
4 parathas, garlic mayonnaise (or use regular mayo), sliced onions

Recipe:
1. Add the chicken and the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Fry until its cooked and slightly crispy.
3. Spread the mayonnaise on the paratha followed by the cooked chicken and onion slices. Roll it nicely and serve immediately. Enjoyy!!
