For the white cream:
– 50g/1.8 oz. shredded coconut
– 250g/9 oz. ricotta cheese / cottage cheese
– 2 tablespoons non-caloric sweetener

For the chocolate cream:
– 100g/3.5 oz. ricotta cheese / cottage cheese
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons non-caloric sweetener
