This is Chickpeas sandwich recipe.

Ingredients

1-Bread slice-2

2-Chickpeas-30gm

3-Paneer-30gm

4-Hung curd-50gm

5-Coriander leaves-handful

6-Jeeta powder-1/2 tsp

7-Pizza seasoning-1 tsp

8-Salt-as per taste

9-Cheese-15gm

10-Oil- few drops

11-Onion-40gm

12-Garlic-2-3 cloves

13-Green chili-as per taste

14-Mustard seeds-1/2tsp

15-Curry leaves-6-7 leaves

Method

1-Wash and soak the chickpeas overnight, and boil it until 4-5 whistle came.

2-Now mash the chickpeas.

3-In the chopper add garlic, chili, onion and chop it finely.

4-Now add chopped vegetables in bowl, add mashed chickpeas, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, hung curd, jeera powder, salt and pizza seasoning.Mix well.

5-Take 2 bread slices, spread this mixture top of it, add grated cheese, cover it with other bread slice.

6-Grease the tawa , add mustard seeds, curry leaves, now roat the bread both sides.

7-Healthy high protein sandwich is ready to serve.
