No Sabudana Mango Bango Pudding ! Low calorie , perfect for those trying to follow a weight loss diet & amazing for summers
Shirataki rice has been a game changer for me !! I use it many ways & is soo satisfying. It has a good bite to it.
Ingredients –
1 Mango
1/3 cup Shirataki Rice – I used

2 tsp Tukhmalanga seeds soaked in water
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup milk (lightly sweetened)
1/4 cup Mango puree
Coconut jelly
Lots of ice
For Coconut Water Jelly –
100 g Coconut water
1/2 tsp /1 g Agar agar
For white jelly –
100 g Coconut water blended with Malai
1/2 tsp /1 g Agar agar

wash the shirataki rice well. It does not need cooking and can be directly used
– For the jelly – simply boil the coconut water with agar agar & pour into a container. It sets at room temperature in 10 to 15 mins
