here is the simple and easy chickpea recipe, which can be paired with anything or can be consumed on it’s own. it’s very filling and full of protein. chickpeas are also called white channel and garbanzo beans.
I have used canned beans however I will soon bring the dried chickpea recipe, which I mostly make. only use canned one for snack purpose. if I make meals for everyone in family I cook dried chick pea from scratch.

Ingredients
1 tsp Oil or ghee or you can use spray oil about 10 sprays if you are following slimming world
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli
2 cans of chickpea (garbanzo beans or white chana)
Salt to taste
1 cup water (add more if required)
1 tsp Corn flour
1 – 2 tsp soya sauce
chopped onion for garnish
