LOW CARB, LOW CALORIE Dinner – Super EASY, Quick and Delicious



This easy, delicious, and healthy recipe is a great option for your lunch or dinner. It has a wonderful texture and a flavor everyone loves! It’s low in calories, low in carbohydrates, contains no flour (gluten-free), and no milk (lactose-free). It will help with your dietary re-education, weight loss, healthy weight management, and losing belly fat. It’s also great for those following a low-carb diet, with few carbohydrates, for diabetics, and for everyone who wants healthy and flavorful food. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 2 eggs
– 3.5 oz. / 100g cooked chicken (about 3/4 cup, or 5 tablespoons)
– 1/2 onion
– 1/2 carrot
– 1/2 leek stalk
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 cauliflower
– Salt, black pepper, turmeric and parsley to taste (optional)
Olive slices for decoration, optional.

Bake at 360 ºF / 180 ºC for approximately 20 minutes.

Yields 4 servings, each with approximately 160 calories, 7g of carbohydrates (3g of fiber), 12g of protein and 10g of fat.
