Ingredients:
1 can red beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 celery sticks, finely sliced
20 g fresh parsley, chopped
20 g fresh dill, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple vinegar
1 tsp honey
Red chilli flakes, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl combine red beans and white beans.
2. Add sliced red onion and celery sticks, chopped parsley and dill.
3. Add to a bowl olive oil, apple vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and minced garlic. Mix well.
4. Let the salad rest for 10–15 minutes before serving for better flavour. Enjoy!
