This Overnight Oats Recipe is made with rolled oats, dates
, flax seeds, sliced almonds, milk and soaked overnight in the refrigerator. Then, next day morning, added sliced bananas.

You can also chia seeds, hemp hearts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and nuts/seeds of your choice. You can add fruits of your choice.
